Al-Hilal (Arabic: الهلال; The Crescent) is a Saudi Arabian professional football club based in the country's capital of Riyadh. The team achieved the largest number of trophies among Saudi teams with 50 official trophies since its founding in 1957.
Al-Hilal has a reputation for being the most widely supported club in Saudi Arabia.

How long have the players been back in training? Obviously the players who have been at the World Cup will have been given longer off so I guess the team for this will be a young/reserve team perhaps featuring senior players who didn't make it to the World Cup?

I would think so mate. I also wouldnt be surprised if pretty much everyone played 45 mins or maybe a maximum of 60.
