I don't understand why everyone keeps thinking he's thick. You are aware English is his second or most likely his third language. How many of you can speak two languages? I think you have to pretty intelligent to learn to speak a second language at school. People have slated his inability to speak or write English

He's a talented person who's doing something outside of football too. He could be out getting drunk, beating people up as per other footballers in his spare time. But instead he's producing music and he even raps himself!

Many of us are English and in England there isn't that much emphasis at Schools to learn a second language, as there is in Holland, where they start learning at Primary school.

And I highly doubt he would be producing music if he wasn't a footballer and didn't have a vast amount of cash to get his interests of the ground.

All that said, I don't think he is thick. Intelligence on a football pich and intelligence off it are two totally different things. Common sense is also a different thing that should be considered.

Prime example is Wayne Rooney. Very intelligent footballer, but makes so many stupid decisions off the pitch it's unreal.

I actually think when he's not given time to think, he's quite intelligent on the pitch. But yes, he doesn't have the greatest football mind in the world.

Very true, but they are very talented. If you are very talented you can make your way without the riches Ryan has. If you are not so talented you can still produce records and rap if you have the financial muscle Ryan has.
