Thanjk you.

Seen someone post elsewhere, albeit without a link or a source to back it up, that Kelly has been given a new three year contract.
Excellent news if true and well deserved.
he'll do for now. his performance against chelsea was decent but carra, ste, hodgson, raul and kyut all had to bawl him out over positioning and failing to close players down. given that, he is still young and learning and though ive not been overly impressed with him he does seem a better "defender" than johnson and untill we can replace he should be given a chance to see if he can improve.
People who think there's no good way to die have obviously never heard the phrase 'Drug-fuelled-sex-heart-attack'.

Once again the fabled support of young players as they develop comes through from the fans.

In a canon of **** posts by you, congratulations this one takes the biscuit.
I don't think bawled him out is the right term tho...Stevie had a word and so did Jamie, but nobody bawled him out.
He had a good game, in his first PL start, against Chelsea of all clubs, so it will do him the world of good. Nice to see some young lads getting game time...Shelvey coming on, and Spearing...i reckon all our players should shave their heads...Reina, Konchesky, Skrtel, Spearing, Shelvey, Meireles...wonder what Carra would look like as a skinhead??

To me he looks like he could become a VERY VERY good player
The lads what 20 to be positionally correct and have the skills and physique at that age you'd have to be a quite exceptional talent
I'm not too worried about him being out of position lets face it he cant be any more out of position than Glenda is normally nor can he stand off players any more than PFK does

Are you for real?
what exactly is wrong with my post?
he did get bollocked many times in the chelsea game BUT it was a decent perfromance.
just becasue unlike some, im not gonna jizz over every young player we have ( most dont seem good enough IMO ) i must be posting ****???
kelly is a decent player - nothing more at present - i said give him a a chance to develope untill he either makes it or doesnt - in which case replace him. whats wrong with that??

He's 20 years old. 20 year old defenders have so much learning still to do and progression to make. Kelly is a huge prospect - he just needs to be granted time and patience.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I think the old heads have to have a word with young players its their job
Even if they were bollocking him I'm none too bothered I've watched him a few times to me hes going to be a very good player and I wouldnt say that hes always out of position most of it is naivety more than anything
I find it rather amusing that some people are seeking to pick holes in this lad when we've had to suffer Glenda Johnson and PFK in the fullback positions for most of the season (not having a go at you by the way)
Also its no coincidence imo that Carragher looked more assured with a 20 year old and inexperienced player alongside him than he does when Johnson is playing
