To not go and watch your team because you don't like the owners is a bloody disgrace and I'm ashamed to be affiliated to people like this. Utterly pathetic.

I think the responses you garner in general, not just to these childish posts, speaks volumes.

I don't know you, but it seems like everybody that does thinks you're a cunt, you might want to look at the reasons why

But, seeing as you obviously posted it to get a reaction, well done big man, job done

If I don't feel like lining the pockets of the owners that have bled us dry, lied to us on multiple occasions, created massive problems at almost every level and even now, are trying to take as much out of our club as possible; then I won't.

Apologies if this disagrees with you, uber fan
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

Do you think Kuyt, Torres and Babel should start without playing a single minute of preseason? Are there any news on Torres' and Agger's fitness?

Personally, I'd go with the following lineup
        ----------Pepe-------------
        Johnson-Carra-Agger-Fab
        ------Lucas----Gerro------
        Maxi---------Cole-----Jova
        --------N'Gog--------------

I was thinking the same I'd be suprised if they were to start the game if they have had no match time. Are there any reserve games or friendlies between now and then? There are no friendlies listed on the official site but I was wondering about 'Liverpool XI' games? It would seem odd if they weren't to feature in any games in the 9 days between now and the Arsenal game.

Half of them will be of on International duty for most of this time no doubt anyway. Horribly short pre-season for us I think.

I'd play the same line up at this stage.

Bench of Cavalieri, Skrtel, Kelly, Aquilani, Babel, Kuyt and Pacheco.

International friendlies on Wednesday. Surely Nando won't be playing for Spain though?

Arsene Wenger has confirmed Cesc Fabregas and Robin Van Persie are injury doubts for Arsenal's Premier League opener
By David Brenchley August 10, 2010

With the start of the Premier League season looming, two of Arsenal’s star players are facing a race to be fit for the Gunners opener against Liverpool.

World Cup finalists Cesc Fabregas and Robin Van Persie both look likely to miss the trip to Anfield on Sunday through injury.

And to compound Arsene Wenger’s misery, Fabregas has to travel to Mexico on Wednesday for an international friendly with World and European champions Spain.

Wenger admitted: “They are a lot behind. Cesc goes to Mexico and will not be able to practice, and comes back on Thursday night or Friday, so we will have to see.

“As for Van Persie I think he will be short as well,” the Frenchman added, intimating that Van Persie will not make it despite missing out on Holland’s friendly against Ukraine.

Despite an early set back, the Arsenal manager believes his side will be able to knock their injury curse on the head and challenge for their first Premier League title in seven seasons.

The North London side have struggled to keep up with the fast pace set by Chelsea and Manchester United, finishing outside the top two for the past five years.

Having kept faith with his young stars, Wenger believes now is their time, saying: “I believe we have a good chance.

“The most important thing is that we have that belief. We finished third last season, so we have two stairs to climb and I am confident that we can do it.”

What's the word on our Spanish and Dutch players being ready for the game?

Wenger, not unlike Ferguson, has a bit of a record of nonsense with this type of thing. I would expect RvP and Fabregas to both play.
