....you're talking toss:

1) rafa doesn't own the club, so to imply he can do what he likes and the players must lump it, is way off the mark
2) on the subject of no one being bigger than the club, this applies to managerial staff aswell as players, remember that. players have the right to say what they think is best as much as anyone, especially if they're out there in the firing line
3) rafa wouldn't like it if the club owners said to him, "no man is bigger than LFC - today Rafa, you're working in the club shop!"

1. its rafas job on the line if things go wrong. therefore he must be allowed to do it his way. players get payed to play where the when teh manager picks them. thats their job

2. players can say what they think in private to the manager but should still give 100% on the pitch. not one of them did last sunday imo. again it is the managers job to make those decisions, the players should get on with it whether they agree or not.

3. that would be bollox. anyone can work in a club shop, noone at the club (and very few out of it) could do as good a job as rafa in the managerial role.
