        Silva on bench, hmm..

Andy Gray didnt miss the chance to have a dig at Rafa and praise Roy for 442, and SG in centre midfield - claimed that if Rafa had picked that side, it would've been 1 up top and 2 holding mids. Which, to be fair, is probably right, and it's what i'd prefer for this kind of game away from home.

I'm quite pleased that he's not starting, and pleased that Milner is, because i dont think Milner's as much of an attacking threat - however, i wish Adam Johnson wasnt playing, i rate him hugely.

If Tevez does his usual thing and go deep/wide, then they wont actually have a proper out and out striker right up top.

I like that. Good strong team

Must say, when I saw Silva play against Spurs last week, he looked lost in that team. Then I thought about what a good addition he'd be here.

              Nevermind, onwards and upwards

It's very defensive for a home game from City, don't you think? Don't think even Rafa went that far with us!

                  Strange lineup for City

Tevez up top on his lonesome? No Ballotelli? Even after Mancini's nonsense this arvo?

Johnson and Milner on the wings in a 4-3-3?

                  Weird
I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

I'm amazed that Balotelli isnt even on the bench for them - he picked up an injury in City's Europa Cup game, but i didnt think it was enough to rule him out.

He was just stating the obvious really.

Wow, surprisingly attacking team from Roy, and I really like it. N'Gog doesn't really deserve to be dropped, and I'm interested to see him working with Torres. You could think that City are the ones playing away from home. Three defensive midfielders, Milner and no real strikers.

And exactly what Roy had picked until his hand was forced by Mascherano being an utter cunt.

You sound like the voiceover on Soap. Before your time I imagine.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

**** yeah. Nothing to fear from that incredibly negative City line-up. I can't believe they are playing at home with that line-up. 4321 !!

Lets ****ing teach them a lesson
