Worst Decision By A LFC Owner?

I think it was Dave Moores hiring and sticking by parry.
Parry was basically running the club. he would have guided the decision to sell to H & G not to mention all the transfer **** ups that cost us on the pitch.
Selling to H & G was just Parry's final nail in the coffin that his incompetence (with respect to running a football club) has inflicted upon us.

It's the thread title which is a ****-up. Unbelievably, the official site's "feature" is focusing on "the worst decisions by an LFC manager" - not owner.Originally posted by andrewces38 View PostSince when has Souness .Kenny or Houllier been owners of LFC?, This thread has been seriously derailed ,Come to think of It I would prefer Any of them being the Owners even Souness
The feature is a disgrace. Fine on a forum, but for the official site to be running this is nothing short of a ****ing disgrace.
With Rafa being most fresh in our minds, he will inevitably get a lot of stick. The most stick. It's almost as if the offal - or the cunts running it - are relishing sticking the boot in. Their treatment of him since he went has been diabolical IMO.Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

H&G putting their debt on the club. I know Moores is getting alot of stick in this thread for selling to them (perhaps deservedly so), but I think people blaming him seemingly shifts the blame from them to Moores, and it is Hicks and Gillett who are responsible for their actions and the current situation the club finds itself in!The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Owner wise - the sale by moores to the Yanks.
Manager wise - well it just seems that whenever we get close the current mananger ****s up with the signings that are supposed to take us to the next level.
Saunders didn't work for Souness, Collymore/Ince didn't work out for Evans, Diouf didn't work for Houllier and Aquilani didn't work for Benitez.
If either manager had signed the right player at the time then we could well have made the next step up. Instead the failed signings seemed to result in an implosion at the club and a drastic drop in morale.Forwards.......

That's exactly what I think and why I posted an alternative title. I don't understand why that topic is on the official site.

Exactly how many "lives" have been affected??Originally posted by kop-al-74 View PostMoores selling LFC to the yanks is the single biggest worst decision ever made in football imo....It was so negligent and irresponsible considering the amount of lives his actions have directly affected.Jacques Brel is alive and well and playing at Anfield

Apologies. I didn't read the actual post (although I obviously saw the thread title) as I was so dismayed with what the official site were doing and had no interest in contributing to their charade - even though I've now gone and done it twice.

I thought it was a pretty bad decision by our board at the time to attempt a joint-management sitution with Evans and Houllier. How on Earth was that ever supposed to work?
Quite obviously Moores selling to H&G is the worst decision ever, seeing as it has fundamentally threatened the entire future of the club, just trying to think of something else....I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?
