Doesnt get any bigger than this. Cole's performance last night means he must surely start. Babel's means he must surely not be starting.

Meireles and Lucas to start, for me. Gerrard off Torres, Cole wide - but i dont think Babel or Maxi deserve to start. So who else to play wide? And Agger back in the side would be good, but wont happen.

I don't think Hodgson will play him. The way he's used Cole does intimate that he'll stick him off Torres with Gerrard getting deeper. I don't think he will make too many alterations for a match of this magnitude - he'll be more prosaic.
