Great post. For GH I think the key moment the season before that. We were flying at the top of the league playing some good attractive football. To quote a cliche, I thought GH had released the shackles. We went to Middlesborough and then lost or drew? Dont remember. GH went back to the shell and we crashed. We never recovered from that setback.

Bloody hell, you are right. The Southampton result pissed me off no end though.

Like I said, it amounts to the same in the end. Roy should've had a bit more in reserve on the bench, even Torres. Torres still looks off sorts and needs games and goals for his confidence. It's irrelevant now I guess
