Yep, we beat these 3-0 in the corresponding fixture for starters.

Evil Rafa is turning the team against poor Roy I bet.

yes but he's right in that most games are going to be tough. You don't turn up, most teams have players that can hurt you. West Brom ****ed arsenal over, who would have thought.

I'm not happy in the performances, fair from it. I saw signs that we were improving in parts. How often did our defenders hoof the ball? very little, two games in a row, thats promising. We had a good tempo for first 15 minutes and ended last 20 well. I think RM will now play centrally more often.

He seems to come out with comments like this after every result, and it's worrying if he thinks that a point at home to Sunderland is a good result- especially given their poor away form. Maybe it would have been for Fulham but not for us.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

The only positive was Jova not coming on!

Well we couldn't of been that much better as we finished 7th, losing 11 games and drawing 9. We won 18. Now personally all I care about is we end up higher in the league than last year (top 4 being the goal) and we win more games. I don't really care if our play is worse than last season as long as we actually do better than last season.

We thoroughly deserved our point and I'm very pleased to end what's been a bad week, on a high." "

how the **** can he say we ended it on a high? god that is depressing to hear, we played 2-2 with Sunderland at Anfield and outplayed for most of the game even - for ****s sake that statement almost sounds like Houllier in his last season
I am starting to count down the games until I start hoping we actually get rid of him. What is certain is if we continue adopting this negative approach to games and coming away with a negative result then I want him out the door by xmas. That way we can bring Kenny in and still have a chance to get fourth. I don't want us to carry on till march seeing us further down the league. The bottom line is we have the eleven to get fourth but only if a) We stop dropping so deep. b) Start pressing teams. c) Stop playing kick and rush football and actually start keeping hold of the ball. d) Play players in the proper positions. Playing Meireles on the right is just laughable. People keep saying give him time. I wouldn't mind if I could see at least some progress on the pitch but basic things like "shape" is what we're void of. Roy has imposed his style but it's a negative one and I can't see him changing.

With a points total that in most of the last 10 years would have gotten us CL football. We controlled games, we could defend, we could play football. We haven't done those 3 things this season and if that happens you will not do well.

This is the same bruce who said "They have got it on telly with the guy who threw it on and it's got Liverpool crests all over it. What a shame" after the beach ball issue
