Someone mentioned this on the radio after the game. I just hope it was simply a case of not wanting to fanny about too much, and just get on with the game, with the notion that the job still wasnt done yet.

Yep, it was pretty obvious - I hope SG isn't coming the big 'I am' again. What's he doing showboating anyway. If it was his 5th wondergoal in the match - fine, but otherwise thank the chap that made the opportunity and get on with getting another.

To me it looked like Nando got blanked. And funnily enough I was on the offal soite looking at the 'great training pictures' from yesterday and noticed there were not a single image of Stevie and Nando in the same shot. Hope I am not reading too much into this as well.

I don't think there is much in it myself, Stevie G tends to celebrate himself most of the time anyway from what I can remember, most of the time he waves his arm to move people out the way so he can celebrate. I don't think he blanked Nando, at least I hope he didn't.

I haven't seen a replay, only watched it live. To me it just looked like Torres was being professional and ran back to his own half to get on with the game rather than waste time celebrating
