    More ridiculous nonsense.

Are you and Perkin's in a competition?
Did i say that it's down to Johnson

The point i'm trying to make is that, yes he might have been on fire at the start of last season but that was last season. This season, he's been ****ing woeful and no-one can deny that. He had a poor World Cup too. I didn't think he played particularly well towards the end of last season either actually.

    In conclusion, i think he's a disaster

Yeah, because putting out a team with a **** system and not playing to the strengths of your players isnt the manager's fault, eh?

Kyrgiakos finished yesterday's game as a striker. Gerrard as a centre back and Meireles as a left back.

      Go Roy!

From what little I can see of it, it doesn't seem poor at all. A little boring perhaps.

        .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

It looks plain to me. No pattern at all.

He offers a huge amount of creativity in wide areas going forward, and as part of a well-drilled, organised defence, he is good enough.

He's playing utter **** now, much like most of our team. Something's not right with him and i still wouldnt be surprised if he's been upto no good and is just waiting for the tabloids to expose whatever's happened.

He clearly isnt **** though. That's pure bollocks.
Second rate centre back turned right back who had two good seasons for relegation fodder, the highlights being the occasional moment of attacking flair and a decent touch. Widely acknowledged as being shambolic as a defender at international level. Comes to Liverpool, get's lots of protection and support from us playing Kuyt and two DMs and looks good about 25% of the time, again, for his attacking. **** is a throw-away term, sure, but he's basically ****.

I don't think he's a **** player persay, personally i've never said that but he is a **** defender that is very clear.

Technically he is very good, going forward i think he is better than the likes of Kuyt/Maxi/Jovo etc hence the shouts for him to be played at RM, but his awareness and positional sense are far away from what is needed in a healthy back line, surely this can't be denied mate? It has been going on his whole career.

Hansen & Dixon pointed out numerous occasions where he was asleep and his body shape and positioning was all wrong as a defender. 2 of the most respected defenders in the British games crucified him last night on Match of The Day 2.

Considering that you're usually pretty clued up, i can only conclude that you're either on a windup, had a lot to drink or a knock on the head last night, or someone's hacked your account.

                      He's not a **** defender.

He isnt Maldini obviously, but '**** defender' is hyperbole in the extreme.

As i said, in a confident, well drilled and organised side, he will hold his own with no problem and play a useful role.

We're a shambles right now - which Liverpool player has made himself look anything but **** this season? None. Johnson's in the vast majority there.

So are they all ****? I think not.

I've lost patience with everything. Everyone's now **** to one degree or another, even those that clearly aren't ****. Apart from Glen, he actually is ****. Maybe cost shouldn't be a factor in determining ****ness, but it was a lot of money, and we ended up weaker after a £15m net outlay.

He was overpriced, i said so at the time and in terms of swapping Arbeloa for Johnson AND being some £16m down on the deal too, i wasnt keen.

But all things being equal, they're both players i would have at the club, because they offer different aspects to the RB position and over the course of a season, both types are needed.

Haha You and this hyperbole extreme crap.

Throughout his entire career Craig it is well documented that defending was not Johnson's strong point. In his time at LFC can you honestly say that he hasn't been very sub standard for LFC and extremely poor defensively?

I have never said Johnson was a **** player, don't know where your getting that from dude? i like him as an attacking player as i have said on many occasions but he isn't even doing that now, well productively anyways. Over priced and under performing and that sums up his LFC career thus far, nothing hyperbole or anything like that, performances, evidence and facts mate. And i am not alone in my opinion of Johnson's defensively qualities.
