Agreed. He definitely needs to wind his neck in IMO, as does Gerrard - being local boys made LFC legends doesn't give them the right to ****ing run the show and sometimes I reckon they think they do.

We clearly need amanager strong enough to confront these players and get rid if needed. If that means Gerrard and Carra need to go for the good of the club long term then they have to go. NO ONE is bigger than the club.
