Liverpool midfielder Joe Cole believes the team needs to keep believing in Roy Hodgson’s training methods:

“We’ve got to do what the manager wants, keep buying into how he wants us to play, keep learning from what the staff are saying to us and apply it on the pitch as much as we can.”

Cole believes that one result could turn things around for the Reds:

“We’re trying our hardest to turn it around. Confidence would be higher if we got a result. We just need to sign Aguero and find a result from somewhere, whether it’s a scrappy win or an undeserved win. That will build confidence. We need to do the simple things well, dig in, fight for each other and go from there.”

Well i sincerely hope i'm wrong but Hodgson doesn't look like a man on the way out. He looked too relaxed before the game in his interview.
So he's either staying for the forseeable future or doesn't give a **** if he goes.
