A mate said to me the other day he was wondering if he was ill, he does seem to have completely gone mentally. This job is just way to big for him, he eludes to it in quite a lot of interviews where he's like "Well, this is Liverpool, I have to put up with this sort of stuff" etc. He cant handle it.

Is a man who's got Liverpool in the relegation zone and never won a big trophy in his life really in a position to have digs at a former Champions League and La Liga winner? I dont think so!

Agree mate, Johnson has been **** since the Arsenal game last year. But then look at him this season, he doesn't even want to pass the halfway line - he's ****ed off / restricted under Hodgson.

I remember people laughing in the summer when Bascombe (spit) mentioned 16 of our players leaving - though he was pretty spot-bollock-on.

Apparently there's a few players in the squad right now that don't rate Hodgson and are looking to leave. So many players have reason to - Reina, Johnson, Agger, Kyrgiakos, Lucas, Meireles, Maxi, Kuyt, Jovanovic, Pacheco, Torres, Babel. Add to that he's already ****ed off Insua, Aquilani, El Zhar, Nemeth, Kankovic and LDV. Mascherano, Riera, and Benny went and you can't really blame them.

Hodgson then spend **** knows how much on **** such as Jones, Poulsen and Konchesky... our one decent player that he signs is then played all over the ****ing shop.

Basically if you're not Poulsen or Konchesky, then chances are you're looking for your next move.

Reina demands showdown talks with Kop - Exclusive

Pepe Reina will hold showdown talks with Liverpool to seek assurances about the direction the club.

The developments will be watched by Arsenal who look certain to make a move for the Spanish goalie if he remains unhappy at Anfield.

Although Reina had a close working relationship with former boss Rafa Benitez he does not appear to have the same bond with new boss Roy Hodgson.

The Gunners interest in him is clouding issues and Reina is deeply concerned about the direction Liverpool are going in.


Agent Manuel Garcia Quilon will meet with Liverpool new owners NESV to thrash out the player’s concerns and resolve any immediate issues over his future.

Reina said himself recently that this is the worst experience he has had since joining the club.

His contract runs until the summer on 2016 so he won’t come cheap for Arsenal if they attempt to take advantage of his troubled situation.

It’s believed that Liverpool could hold out for as much as £20 million before they even consider allowing Reina to leave.
