I'm still clinging onto the hope that he'll be sacked tomorrow, don't care who the temporary caretaker manager is - anyone could do a better job than Hodgson. I don't want this pea-brained arrogant ridiculous oaf anywhere near out potential transfer budget in January, I'd rather we didn't buy anyone. Just get rid of Hodgson and I'll take control for a bit if necessary. I'd be ****, but I'd still get the odd win with a team that should be competing for a CL place rather than just hoping to get into the top half of the table. ****ing incredibly low aspirations for our team, he hasn't got a clue.

This is my major fear, we have owners that don't know **** about football and they're going to fund Roy's horrible, overpriced signings which we won't be able to move on once his gone. I'm really concerned. If the decision is for Roy to stay, tell him to work with what he already has. If he managed to spend 13m give or take on Jones, Konchesky and Poulsen imagine what he'd do with more money.

Well the point of it for Roy would be getting his £3m. If he said 'theres no point in me hanging around until the new man is ready to start', NESV would gladly just let him walk and save themselves £3m rather than bring the date forward for his benefit.

I think someone posted that NESV have a 28 day window to get rid of Roy for 1m after taking over, as stipulated by a clause in his contract. Can anyone confirm this? If true, it would give us a likely deadline to look forward to.

Care to back up your hunch that we 'might' win the next 10 games with a wager? The odds of us doing that are so miniscule that it's ridiculous to suggest it even as a hypothetical situation.

I'd be happy with either Rijkaard or Pelligrini, but Kenny in a temporary role until someone else becomes available would lso be an improvement and would stop the damage Roy is currently doing in terms of squad harmony, confidence and the adoption of his bollox tactics.

Whilst we still have 10 games + ahead of us, then we have to look at the potential of winning them..

I can't imagine that Januszewski, as a fan, is oblivious to the Roy situation.

He knows his onions, it was his intervention that saved us from Hicks and Gillett.

You raised the hypothetical of us winning the next 10 games, which is absolute fantasy. Teams go on runs like that once every blue moon and only when they're already playing well, which we aint. I'm dismissing it and I'm right to do so.

Here's a comparable hypothetical. If Jenna Jameson and Terri Summers knock and my door tonight, I'll tape myself knobbing them both and send you a copy, ok.

A good manager would pay back that money with a higher league placing (and the relevant prize money that goes with it).
