My stance on him hasn't softened one bit regardless of one win against a weakened, ****, Blackburn side, at home. I will be delighted when I hear he's gone.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

I fear I was showing my age again. I was trying for a variation of popular Eighties chant, "Maggie Maggie Maggie - out out out!"
Your response almost sounds like an endorsement..

FLMAO we'll end up looking like an old folks home if Roy stays in chargeHowever, Liverpool fans may well have to wait some time before they see Shelvey playing regularly in a red shirt if, that is, Roy Hodgson does enough to keep himself in a job at Anfield for an extended period of time. The reason being that historically, Hodgson has put his trust in age and experience; Fulham‘s average age was just below 30 throughout his tenure at Craven Cottage, and from being just over 24 last season; Liverpool’s average age is now just under 28.
Bob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

I think this is another reason why the owners will get rid of him, if you believe the stories that they want to use the arsenal model of bringing talented young players through then it helps if you dont have a manager buying 30 year old's.Originally posted by Lecter View PostFLMAO we'll end up looking like an old folks home if Roy stays in charge
