How is Gerrard the problem here? He isn't giving the team talks, he isn't completely ignoring scouting reports, he isn't picking the team or setting the formation. Carra, I agree, has played his best football now but there is still room in the squad for them. I don't think the two of them want to do anything but win and move the club forward and given the choice of mid table mediocrity under 'uncle' Roy or winning under a progressive coach I know for a fact what they'd do, Gerrard more than Carra as Gerrard still has at least another 3 years and in that time we could be challenging.

not too sure how much of this to take seriously. there's a few things i don't like here, such as why are the players just now deciding the meetings are amateurish. why are they shocked now? can't imagine roy's team talks have changed that much over the past few months.

why would mario gomez be available for loan? if he wasn't in the summer, when he was ****, why would he be now when he's playing well?

that said, nobody needs telling that roy is terrible at his job. well, except a couple of england internationals, it would seem.

Torres and Reina should by the way talk to Comolli and Henry and tell them what they want. It should stop there. Then Comolli and Henry would decide what they want. They should always give 100% even if they don't like the manager. If they don't like the system then they shouldn't complain about it with other players. Let the manager do his job and give him a fair chance.

The players that isn't happy playing for us should be sold as soon as possible whatever manager we have.

No players should run the club and decide if the system is good enough or if the manager is good enough.

Not sure about Carra, but i doubt Gerrard really thinks Hodgson is the right man for the job.

If you want to be picky, i could point to Torres quotes which suggest he is backing him too. And we all pretty much know that isnt true
