My two loved Bolt and wanted to watch it everyday then it was Toy Story and then Toy Story 2 (which they call Zurg as they love him) and now obviously Toy Story 3 with the odd viewing of Tinkerbell, Monsters Inc, Polar Express and so on.

Yeah it is...tho I have been running, I have done about 6x 5k/6k runs over the last couple of weeks - so i'm feeling right up for it....most of the other lads have done **** all but eat and drink for two or three weeks since we last played.

Noticed the ease of breathing with the running. Normally my chest gets tight after about 20 mins, i use my inhaler and i'm off again.....haven't used my inhaler at all since quitting, so i'm hoping tonight i'll see the benefits,
