Noticed the ease of breathing with the running. Normally my chest gets tight after about 20 mins, i use my inhaler and i'm off again.....haven't used my inhaler at all since quitting, so i'm hoping tonight i'll see the benefits,i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i doComment
