Well it is - the season shouldnt have been a write-off, but they have allowed it to be.

Yeah, sorry you're right. What a night it would be at Anfield if it did happen.

I'd put Thommo in charge for Old Toilet and then when Kenny returns put him in as craetaker till the summer (assuming hes willing to take it on this basis)
Exactly, its an FA Cup game against Man U FFS. The FA Cup is the one trophy we could still win. Sending the team to Old Trafford with Roy in charge is one step up from sending no team at all.

Get Roy to ****, if we turn up to play them with the club this divided they will **** us, and they will **** us hard.

For people who've forked in £300m into the club, they've come in quite unprepared to me. If they did their homework they should have seen that Dodgson was never good enough, if they cared to ask the correct people. Serious investors in any business, come armed with the required knowledge to get things moving quickly, like appointing a new CEO etc ... I don't like criticising them, they've given us a temporary respite by removing Hicks & Gillett but all the problems associated with the club back then has been carried over under their tenure. The rot is deepening and we're close to the point of no return.
              Are we winning?

Bad day for Henry and Werner.
I never had much confidence in them to start with, just had a feeling that's lots of PR tripe was being bounced around when they purchased us, since the bodge situation I think they are showing their true colours. FSG or whatever they are calling themselves today have dithered through the whole situation and got us no where. He should have been sacked 6 weeks ago, like most clubs with ambition would have done. I sometimes feel sorry for the bodge hes like an old dog who's had his day and should be allowed to retire gracefully, this however won't happen. The media will have a field day when he's sacked and every ex judas will be out for our blood...... But hey who gives a **** what they say as long as we prosper as a club.......so to all ex players who love bodge and sky :bird:
It's a prediction thread on a wish list.

I think the appointment of Comolli is far more telling of their intentions than anything else. Especially when you read of their philosophy towards baseball and Moneyball. These things need a structure. And that usually doesn't happen over night.

I think what they were left with when they took over started that ball rolling.

Very poor judgements in the summer Rafa sacking, Roy appointment, shocking transfer dealings etc...

Like I said should have moved quicker, but lack of knowledge and seemingly wanting to see what Roy could acheive has led us to where we are now.

They do have to now act and show their hand a bit more than they have, otherwise as Lec said they'll start losing more and more fans

We dont know what **** they are cleaning up financially and in house

My guess is an awful lot

That said the Hodgson debacle has become a farce and if it continues it will be damaging

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
