    Please.

It was George Burley a few seasons ago. Apparently it's Coyle and Holloway this.

    It was Roy Hodgson last...

Before people bang on about style of football being the difference, Burley had ipswich playing much better football than Bolton. When they came 5th they were a joy to watch and their striker, Marcus Stewart, was knocking on the england door. Following season he couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo and the wheels came off. People clued on how to beat Ipswich.

part of me is hoping that FSG are just going to amaze us next week by sacking Roy, installing a new chief executive, installing Kenny as caretaker and signing three star players and announcing it with a press conference.

I've been looking in on one of the Red Sox forums since we were taken over and they keep saying have faith in regards to Henry/Werner. Heres a thread i posted earlier on there.

                  Thanks Colonel

                  Some encouraging sentiments there
Re: I need some re-assuring again about NESV/FSG
If it makes you feel any better, the Sox just traded for Adrian Gonzalez about a month ago. The deal was done in terms of agreement between the Red Sox and Padres about 2 days prior to any media speculation, and generally this stuff leaks quickly.

Three days later, the Sox signed Carl Crawford. The only reports that mentioned the Red Sox and Carl Crawford prior to that were that the Sox were not in the running and had no interest in him.

Henry likes to play his cards extremely close to his chest so as to not let it affect the day to day operations or get involved in any bidding wars. He's gotten burned quite a bit by letting things get public too quickly, so don't get too discouraged.

and those signings were massive too when they happened, shocked everyone in the baseball world. One of the signings Carl Crawford wore a Liverpool tie to his first press conference.
