It is a good if overlong article which gets mired in statistics at points. The main crux is that Roy is not good enough, not suited to the club and has made bad signings. It also exposes the lack of pressure put on him by the Roy friendly Rafa hating media. There was a lengthy article posted the other day which accurately exposed Roys tactical flaws and in a better and more efficient way.Originally posted by Arn View PostHey, that is one sentence, not three
I agree totally with both authors and everyone (almost everyone) on here. Roy must leave for the good of the club, the supporters and the players. And he must leave now.Modifying post.

All valid, there are too many journo's and writers who spout **** without backing the opinion up with anything.
Even if you hate Tompkins or don't like his style everyone has to admit that all of his articles are properly researched and are backed up with facts.
Yes he bangs on too much for some and in the current world where 140 characters in Twitter seems enough his articles are like trying to wade through the Koran for some but supporters should take the time to go through it to be better informedThe King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

You see people like Little Dan Perkins attempting to ridicule him but the simple fact is they don't like it/won't read it because it's too factual and includes lots of stuff they don't like to hear. End of story.
In recent weeks in particular Tomkins has made fools out of a number of national journalists. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

we will probably never really know how good rafa was and could have been because his time here he was having to cope with all the **** caused by the yanks and having very little money to spend on top players and parry screwing some signings up that rafa wanted.... i cant help but think if things had have been different then we would have truly seen how good rafa could have been....but either way we will never know now and like everyone else i am worried sick about roy...at the moment all we seem to do is pass the ball backwards

I never get the criticism of Tomkins being too long. He's not verbose, he just goes to the trouble of using examples and stats to back up his points. Its a different style of journalism but it has its place. Its nice to see some well thought out and well argued stuff, rather than the 'POOL in CRISIS' crap you get elsewhere.

nearly pissed myself when i saw this. Haha since when am i connected to the media????
"Roy is a total failure so far" , em no **** Sherlock! Cheers for that nugget of genius
Mate seriously your trying a bit too hard pushing this agenda. Let me clarify it for you in a couple of sentences, instead of you rehashing long winded articles written by a rafa loving journo.
Roy has been woeful, we all know this, it doesn't take the biased Tomkins or some random poster that just simply can't quite get over Rafa's departure to clarify this for us. Why even bother to reproduce this **** time after time you keep pushing and pushing?? Its staring everyone in the face, we know mate thanks anyways. And Of course you love Tomkins he is the blindest Rafa supporter out of everyone.
