Well to put it bluntly, in my opinion, he's crap.

When you are only playing one out-and-out striker you really cant afford to have such a couldn't-hit-a-cows-arse-with-a-banjo strike ratio.

It may be decent this season but most of that has been against very weak opposition (discounting the fact we lost to one of them .

Harsh. Not an easy job playing up front on your own, especially when you're still developing as a player. I think Tomkins did an article last year on him and his goals to games ratio was quite good (not sure how that would stand up now).

Ngog is a very good player and we only ever play well when he's on the park. When he starts games for us he scores, and when he doesn't we play ****e until he comes on.

If you can't see that then you need your eyes tested. I have more faith in Ngog to perform for us right now than Gerrard or Torres and I would start him every bloody game

I like Ngog, sure he's a bit lightweight and raw but IMO he has done as well as we can expect from the lad. Could become a good player in time, maybe not a top class player but still effective.

You could well be right. Despite watching them all I could barely tell you what has happened in any of our Europa games as my pre match preparation usually involves getting as drunk as possible to make the match as bearable as possible. I usually plan to watch a replay if it turns out a good game or any of the kids shine, but that has yet to happen thus far.

Absolutely. He has been one of the few this year that played well and I also would like to see him play more regularly.

His first touch improved dramatically as well as his movements in the box and with his self-confidence being higher than ever he is a genuine threat.
