I think you've missed a number of posters stating they'd be happy to be proved wrong. As one example I wrote on this thread yesterday "I've never felt he was good enough for LFC but I would love him to turn it around and prove me and everyone else wrong".Originally posted by BigChief View PostGood post Nate. You're the first who put the last disclaimer bit at the bottom: "I'm more than willing to be proven wrong". Despite your opinion, I've seen the contrary among a few posters.
I hope that everyone would be pleased if Hodgson turned results around, got us into the top 4, showed he was capable of signing the right players and was a bit more adept at answering questions.

I'm more than willing to bet my ludocrisly high post count that if Roy was to suddenly start getting the team playing well and also saying the right things about the club, it's players and the supporters, then said supporters would give Roy a chance and all the animosity would stop.
As it is the terrible tactics, uninspiring play(Gerrard thursday excepted) and quite frankly bizarre comments coming from Roy means I don't think it's going to happen anytime soon. I'm more than willing to be proven wrong

Great post.....you should post more often
Originally posted by Craig_H View PostMy problem with Roy, is his ****e midtable mentality, his not 'getting' LFC, his rubbish tactics and footballing mentality, his rubbish eye for players, his idiotic idea that Agger shouldnt 'play football' and should just hoof it, his stupid disrespectful comments about players and fans, his refusal to stick up for his players when Ginsoak attacks them, his refusal to dismiss transfer talk about our top players, his clueless touchline antics, his inability to make a change when it needs it, his stupid idea that Pepe needs to be more 'english' in his goalkeeping, the lack of bodies we commit forward, the lack of tempo in our attacking play, and possibly a few other things.
If these all change, then i dont mind him.
Pretty much sums up my opinion. If he can change all those things then im prepared to give him a chance and some credit. Can't see it myself but stranger things have happened....
Also i think most Roy doubters have said they'd cut him some slack/give him a chance if he showed signs of changing the things that have pissed the majority of us off.'Religion is killing each other over who has the best imaginary friend'
