To be fair Craig, despite the fact that Roy's clearly not up to the job, I can understand NESV not sacking him ASAP. As they've admitted themselves, they're still new to the game, so I imagine they'll want to be 100% sure they're making the right decision. They may not realise how much extra damage can be done by keeping him on for another month (for example).

Well you'd have to be stupid not to realise that. And even then, they have plenty of knowledgeable people telling them.

Nobody knows a football club better than the fans. Whatever fans say or do for bravado, deep down they know what level their club is at and what's good enough. And what's not.

Kenny would be the easiest short term solution but what happens if he has instant success, give him a longer term contract? I mean, football has changed and Kenny is associated with our great past. He should be closely involved with the club, just not sure as a manager. But yes, it's a no brainer at the moment.

Yep. I've never enjoyed watching us play less, even under Souness. I still watch, but its like a car crash you just cant take your eyes off.

I can understand why they haven't made a quick decision, but they are wrong not to do so, they just don't know it yet.

Craig I dont say Hodgson should be are manager but i want them to get the next one right. i would rather lose a few matches and get the club set up right than **** about changing manager every 5 mins as they wont work either.

just because they are not saying Roy is **** and we will sack him now doesnt mean they are looking for the new manager right now.

They could sack him now, make Kenny the caretaker for however long it takes for them to find the right man, and then appoint the man they want once they've found him.
