NSEV dont want just anyone, and that takes time. they have been here 5 mins so they will do it. its not in there interest to continue with this .

Very difficult position to be in for NESV.

They are looking for the long term solution but the problem is that most of their choices will not be available until summer and we cannot continue with this ****e of a manager for much longer.
