Mate I am all over the shop. Said good bye to friends and family today. Still hasn't sunk in that in a day I will be sitting in WHL watching us play.

Yeah I am going to be well rugged up for the game. Got clothes for all situations, thermals, snow jackets etc... Should be an amazing sight.

Tottenham (Probable, 4-4-2): Gomes; Hutton, Gallas, Kaboul, Assou-Ekotto; Lennon, Jenas, Modric, Bale; Defoe, Pavlyuchenko.
Liverpool (Probable, 4-2-3-1): Reina; Johnson, Skrtel, Carragher, Konchesky; Maxi, Lucas; Cole, Meireles, Kuyt; Torres.
                Referee: Martin Atkinson. Matches: 11. R7 Y36.

                Tale of the game

Spurs are bidding to win a third game in a row for the first time in the Premier League since March, following the victories over Blackburn and Arsenal.

At Arsenal Spurs were 2-0 behind; in total they have come from losing positions to claim 13 points, with wins at Arsenal and against Fulham, Villa and Wolves and a draw against Everton.

Indeed, Spurs have conceded the first goal in eight of their last 11 Premier League outings.

In the last two meetings at White Hart Lane it has ended 2-1 to Spurs. Last season Sébastien Bassong scored the 59th minute winner.

On Wednesday, Jermain Defoe came on during the 3-0 win over Werder Bremen and the striker could start. But the likes of Tom Huddlestone and Michael Dawson are still missing.

Liverpool have won four and drawn one of their last six Premier League games and have Lucas Leiva available after a one-match ban. But Steven Gerrard is still missing with a hamstring strain.

However Joe Cole could return for Liverpool after a hamstring strain to face the team he almost joined in the summer, and against his former manager at West Ham, Harry Redknapp.

Last season: Tottenham 2 Liverpool 1, Liverpool 2 Tottenham 0.

Stat of the game: Spurs need three goals for 100 at home in the league against Liverpool.

Surely 4-4-2? Lucas and Meireles in the middle with Maxi right and Cole left...?>

Tottenham defender William Gallas has boldly predicted that Spurs can win "everything" this season, despite having already been knocked out of the Carling Cup.

Well that's about as likely as Liverpool sweeping up everything

I would have thought some thing like that - with Lucas so deep it looks like a back 5. One of Maxi or Cole could plausibly miss out for Poulsen though knowing Roy.

why change a winning team. they played well, ngog and torres looke dlike they could form a partnership, raul in the middle works, cole and aurelio on the bench if needed.

                            3-1 to us easy

By that logic, Poulsen should start instead of Lucas.

I'd play the same with the exception of Aurelio for Konk.
