We managed to rectify it, though, because it now says, "Cook" where it once said "Cock", and "Pass" where it once said "Piss", so it’s slightly less rude.
I think it's great what Agger has done and I don't want to take anything away from his contribution to help the Danish homeless team go to the World Cup but I have to say the newspaper headlines are extremely disingenuous to whoever else has contributed the vast majority of the money needed.
I've seen the headlines but not read the articles and was thinking Agger had paid for the whole thing but I finally read an article in The Guardian just now and it turns out he contributed the final £2,100 needed.
So someone, or lots of other people, must have raised the rest of the money which must have been a lot of money to send a football team to Chile.
Suarez thread got moved before he'd even inked the deal I think
Tbf I'd like to see threads for great servants/players like Agger and Suarez stay in the LFC forum. Just feels wrong seeing them banished to the dark recesses of the General Football forum.

I'm sure Suarez will be remembered as one of the greatest players to wear our shirt but I don't think he was a great servant.
He also wasn't particularly loyal. I'm not holding that against him but it makes him a different type of player to an Agger or Carra or Gerrard or Dalglish etc etc etc.
So overall I think moving him out of the Liverpool section so quickly was a mirror reflection of how he was with us.
Agger, however, has been a loyal servant and has left us for non footballing reasons and hasn't left for personal gain. His thread can linger here as long as the mods want to leave him here as far as I'm concerned.

"servants/players" was intended as servant = Agger, player = Suarez.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

He said he left because he didn't see eye to eye with Rodgers and wanted to play more.
Surprised nobody posted that article, I'll maybe have a look for it later.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Nah, move it. He's gone now, he doesn't play for us anymore. No sentiment in football
