i fully agree with that. the reason i think we need to sell is because at some point his value will fall. with the ffp rules that income from his transfer will be useful in strengthening the team.

      A real pity.

Agger is 100% okay and back in training today, it was just a small knock and he left training not to stress anything

He'll be itching to prove a point against Roy next week.

I'd imagine so, he could play his game of the season scoring a cracker of a long shot

I'd like to think Danny Wilson is a younger version of Agger - not saying he'll be as good as but a similar type player...but is anyone else concerned about his build?(lack of)

He looks so damn skinny and fragile....needs to beefen up a bit.

I'd need to see him play more. I guess lack of physical presence is one of the things holding him back at the minute but he is young so has time on his side. Might be an idea to loan him out next season if we aren't going to play him more.

I'd love an Agger thunderbolt - like the one he scored against Wham in his first season with us - and to run over to the bench to celebrate!

Agger sent home from the national team before the friendly against Slovakia.

Danish national coach Morten Olsen: "Daniel has previously been unfortunate to come home from national team sessions with injuries. It will not be the case this time. We would like to rest Daniel while helping Liverpool, so now we let him go home".

Pleased that's happened although he's probably cost Denmark quite a bit of money from them having to pay his wages!
Hopefully he can keep fit until the end of the season! Not a massive chance of that obviously, but you have to hope!

Apparently their before-match training is so rough they had 3 injured players.

Glad to see him being "spared" as we need him for WBA game.

yup big time, the less our players are involved in games for their coutries at the moment the better.

Great gesture by Denmark. They didn't have to do that. Some great sense being shown.
                              Forwards.......

plus there is no point in ruining Agger on such a poor side anyway!
