Aye - know them well, i used work round the corner (nr the roundabout/soccer dome) and was working there when they first started converting them a few years ago - a girl i was seeing at the time looked at one but opted for a house instead - look very nice, similar to the albert dock but a little isolated.....not much in walking distance is there?

It is a little, 10 mins to the nearest shops, but it is only 20 mins to Hamilton Sq, which isn't so bad.

They are lovely inside, I've got a penthouse and it's definitely the nicest place I have lived in.

We should not under estimate villa tonight. They are very strong out wide and have lightning pace in agbonlohor up front which will cause our back four problems. Also Carew and heskey are always horrid tonplay against.

They are also extremely dangerous from set pieces.

People thinking this is going to be a stroll, are mistaken. If we play at the level at Spurs we showed during the game, we will win. Anything less and we will get turned over.
