A couple of meaty questions/emails, echoing all of our thoughts on Roy. But as pointed out, TW and JH 'touched on it' in the first question. Werner said "we believe in what Roy is doing but of course we need to see improvement".

He's hardly gonna say "yeah we'll probably sack him if this continues". All a bit pointless really.

i have read if that they dont have confidence in Roy. however it could be i am reading into it what i want.

I think it is good for them to get an idea of how little respect there is for the job Roy is doing for us though, every question has mentioned Roy's managerial ability and none have been positive about him.
