To be honest I have doubts about Skrtel and Kyriakos, Carragher is ahead of them 'by default' IMO, because I am more comfortable with Carragher in defence than either of the others. My perception is that he makes less mistakes than the other two. (Although I'm not sure if this is actually correct).

I don't like the constant hoofing, but there's only really Agger of all our centre backs who doesn't do it! In all honesty I think we need another first choice centre back to partner Agger, but other areas of the team need to be addressed more urgently!

Yep, we were at -1 when Hoofy went off, so it's a net difference of -2 (would have been a net difference of -1 had Gerrard scored that pen )

My point is though, going back to the perceived saftey blanket of The Hoof is a false economy. Our best bet is to have 2 mobile centre backs (well at least far more mobile than Mr H) in Skrtel and Agger, maintain a higher defensive line and compress the play, not just hang around our own box like ****houses waiting for the opposition to score.

Anyway, I have similar reservations about Carra, just not as extreme as yours. I actually didn’t really care what the goal difference was, but because your opening statement didn’t mean much without knowing how many goals were scored, I thought I’d waste your time by making you go check. **** me has this little prank backfired.
