NESV have not appointed anyone in the CEO hotseat yet
They are holed up in Boston Massachussetts relying on Ian Ayre (Christian's Ally) to hold the fort here for 95% of the time
He'll still wield something of an influence in my book until the vacuum of power has been filled

I agree with that. I don't doubt that he is a massive fan and has only ever had the clubs best interests at heart. But he's in over his head.
