Villa finished 1 point ahead of us, although we had a better goal difference by +13 - yet one squad was very good and the other was ****.

And that's before you factor in the bulk of our squad finished 2nd with 86 points the season prior.

    Unbelievable.
Not to mention last season's injuries and flukes. Makes my blood boil.
    3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Thanks Craig. I've just been busy for a few days.

It was a serious question by the way. It was the grammar in the thread title that caught my attention.

      .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

        I dont think he is.

Although if he was, posting under two usernames simultaneously, is a mighty double bluff

          Totally agree.

Really pisses me off how there is a myth in football that Rafa did a bad job at Liverpool. He finished with 86 & 82 points - enough to win it in a lot of seasons.

Rafa was here between 2004 - 2010, and his average points per season was higher than Arsene Wenger.

Oh and i'd be absolutely mortified if we recruited Martin O'Neill - it'd send us backwards. No thanks.

If he's such a great man manager and motivator why were the Villa players texting each other champagne bottles when he left? Didnt he also have a fight with Nigel Reo Coker? Highly professional.

ha..nice one Shaggy, shows what hypocrites and frauds they are.

I've asked him on Twitter so I can spell it out to him..."do you think Houllier inherited a **** squad left behind by MON?". I've set it up. He probably won't answer though.

If he doesn't I'll just say my piece anyway.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
