With Mehreles, you're talking about a 27 year old who has over 40 caps for Portugal to his name and lets be honest, aside from the odd nice pace and touch, he's offered sweet **** all to the team and at a cost of £11 million he's not proving to be value for money.

He's been **** the last two games, I'll give you that. But he's put in a few encouraging performances before that and clearly knows how to pass a ball.

He was injured before the United game. Perhaps he has been rushed back not fully fit?
