frightening isn't it - really is a massive problem position for us.

If only it was the only one

There's a hell of a lot wrong with his game right now. Needs to be dropped.

We need to sign a top class CB. Absolute priority now

The Carragher Cult can't wait to lay into any rivals for a CB spot. We will be worse off camping out in our own box hoping to just get through the game, rather than take the fight to the opposition. I'm surprised there haven't been any calls to adopt the 10-0-0 formation.

I think that none of Skrtel, Kyriakos or Carragher should be first choice in an ideal world, IMO Carragher has superior organizational skills to any of the others, and ability wise he and Skrtel are much of a muchness. Given the last few games our defence has been a shambles I think that should put Carragher top of the pecking order to partner Agger.

I don't think Carragher forces us to defend any deeper than anyone else, we were defending deep earlier his season because of Roys tactics not because of who was organising the defence. I'm not a big fan of Carragher (anymore) but IMO a partnership of him and Agger is currently our best option.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Not entirely sure what you're trying to say here.

I wouldn't worry. Gorby will be soon blaming Carra for the outbreak of swine flu.

I think partly for the team and partly for his own good he needs taking out the firing line, I think he's adequate for a 3rd or 4th choice CB to come in when needed but not to be starting game in game out.

This for me is now actually the most pressing position to fill as it's really costing us games.
