Torres also backed Rafa so his comments is just plain daft.
I think everyone know which two players that didn't support him. Not telling any names but one of them is a Captain and the other one a vice Captain.Stop the cyberhate

I did phrase this as a question. I was not making a statement. Just so you know, thats what a question mark means. :bird:Originally posted by Charly View PostHow would Torres, Gerrard and Reina feel about him coming back?
Reina I would believe, but Torres never looked particularly happy playing last season. In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

It pains me to say it but it wouldn't surprise me if Torres was fed up with Rafa too. Those rumours/so-called ITK claims about the politicking and bull****ting going on between Rafa/the fitness people & Purslow are very believable IMO.Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I think that is a big reason why it went wrong at the end for Rafa and club, and why he can't back. Too much politcking, too many wars, too much division.Originally posted by Shaggy View Post

It's almost the opposite of Kenny, who seems to get on with everybody (even the bad old owners it seemed), and has a unifying presence.Oh I don't know.

If you read some Spanish interviews with Torres then there is no chance Torres was fed up with Rafa, no chance. Reading the English interviews doesn't exactly tell the truth. The Spanish ones is much more down to earth and honest.Originally posted by Shaggy View Post

I don't think it was Rafa's fault. It's unfair to judge him simply because we've got different owners now and the situation has completely changed. The one thing that distinguishes Kenny and Rafa though is that Kenny is less of a pragmatist, more of a romantic and this clearly connects well with everyone.Originally posted by dom9 View PostI think that is a big reason why it went wrong at the end for Rafa and club, and why he can't back. .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

I've never said this. Why would you want to polarise this discussion again?Originally posted by Craig_H View Post
Rafa was there during a really turbulent period for the club and everything started to get bad when Hicks and Gillett arrived. He was destined for greatness had it not been for them. We featured in 2 CL finals in his first 3 years. Are we winning?
