He's testing the waters to see if he's still loved by the Club IMO. Summer time may well see him go but I doubt we'll do business now. We've already let Babel go this TW and he's been replaced as per plan. The plan isn't to let someone else walk out now IMO.

I wouldn't have thought Kenny would do anything different, I've adored the man since I was 7 years old. Things might well have been different had Roy never taken over, or Purslow not tried to play Championship Manager. We're living out the back end of Hicks and Gillett whether we like it or not.

I would think you are in the minority there although it amazes me at the fans wetting themselves at spending 50 million on players at the expense of one of the best players on the planet that fits into our system, our culture and the Premier League.
