"He just wants to win all the time"

Maybe he should've wanted to win when he was sulking for us and couldnt be arsed.

If he gives a **** of course, which he probably doesn't.
      Yep.....fully agree with that.

Would have greater impact at home of course, but this is the kind of treatment I always wanted to see Owen receive whenever he returned.

Just an air of silence whenever they're on the ball........very effective show of disdain for someone's actions.

We aint gonna get silence, lads.

Part of me would prefer it, because i dont want us to look all upset and devestated, when we should be getting behind Suarez and Carroll.

On the same token, i dont want him to feel as though he can just do what he did and get away with it scott-free. I think hostility would be better for his next visit to Anfield next season. But i also know he's going to get dogs abuse on sunday.

Not original but how about the Barcelona-Figo one:

'We hate you so because, we loved you so'

                or something similar

... now where's that pigs head

lol - people getting on their high horses because they think they are better fans? - jeez - people are rightly going to be upset and will vent it - we worshipped this guy, we loved him and he had told us he loved us back....know whilst i don't agree with some of the knobheads like burning shirts and anything that is really evil and sickening, most of whats being said is just part of a venting/healing process.

It's a good job for his sake that this game isn't at Anfield!

Exactly - also his comments haven't helped either - a simple, "thanks to liverpool and to their fans, I had some great times and great memories there and it has played a massive part in shaping my career and i felt it was time for me to move on to another challenge" - something like that would have helped it/us all -

totally - it would have been mental at anfield

He was a great player for us, but he will now never be remembered as liverpool legend - now obviously that doesn't bother torres - he's now apparently at a great club, but for us that says **** him...i won't thank him for the memories, he's just another player that came and went.

Who knows, maybe in ten years time - when he's retired and done **** all with chelsea, and carrol is still banging them in for us as we march on to number 26 - i might say "oh aye, remember that torres lad, he wasn't bad for us for a couple of seasons when we were ****"
