On Glen at LB, no doubt he'd rather be on the right as that's his natural side. But he is very much a two footed player and can pass, cross and shoot with either foot. I always say ghat if you are s good footballer you should be at least decent on your weaker foot and should therefore be able to play on either side of the pitch if needed. Glen is better than decent with his left foot. Anyone whose played football at any level will know it can be awkward switching sides at the drop of a hat, but he's had a few weeks there now and looks good.

In an ideal world Id sign Cissokho or Contreao and have Glen back at RB, but my main point was that Glen and Martin are doing well as a pair and I don't think it's as big a priority as it was initially feared.
That's wrong Danny mate. He can use his left but he's defo a right footed player and is not comfortable on the left at all He can fill a gap there but I wouldn't want to see him there for long.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Glenn has been the better of our two full backs recently, Kelly has been successfully attacked by a few teams and his inexperience has been exploited a lot.
