The best (or worst) example of a talent absolutely wasted...he could have been a world beater.

Dalglish by a country mile. One of the very finest players that the world has ever produced.

The man was my hero when i was growing up and I'm like a giddy school child every time i think about the reality of him being back in charge of Liverpool. This last month has a surreal feeling about it.

Luis Garcia for me - you were never sure what you'd get when he was near the ball.

which mistake would you prefer to make?

                            Usual suspect : John Barnes.

                            Also:

                            Steve Mc Mahon
                            Mark Wright
                            Didi Hamann
                            Neil Ruddock

Easy, Steve McMahon. I loved the way he crunched into tackles. Had a good shot on him too.
