Suarez looks the real deal, just hope the slight colourful falls don't become a habit...
It's always been a part of his game tbh.

He's despised in Holland for it. Which is great, we need more cheats, this nicey nice stuff gets us nowhere. Its not nice but we need to do it more.

A bit, but he kept breaking up their play and playing to attacking players, he wasn't helped by not enough movement in front of him outside of Suarez, after Meireles had gone off.

Suarez a cheat like Ronaldo? FFS, that's totally over the top.
I forgot to add he has great skill and I like the little fella, but he is always looking to get a free kick. Gamesmanship or whatever its cheating in my book, the bain of todays game. Someone else in the match thread mentioned the Ronaldo comparison also. I don't see why I can't suggest one of our own players likes to gain an advantage by hitting the deck. Or is it only our opponents that we can pick up on?

I'm honestly really excited about the bloke but he can learn from Dalglish.

                Disappointing.

We were poor in midfield after Ming went off. Lucas was poor after his recent excellent form. Gave away the ball too much. Wigan did well and deserved their draw even if their goal was offside.

Suarez was excellent, best player on the pitch. Can't wait to see him link up with Carroll.

You rate Johnson and Maxi, but not N'Zogbia, priceless

N'Zogbia doesn't lack quality at all, he can go past players, he's quick, he's mobile, he's strong, he can cross the ball well, he can score goals.
                  He's a very exciting winger.

Suarez hit the woodwork twice today. I think we were unlucky. I also think the friendly games midweek contributed. Could have really done with playing Sunday or Monday this week. But all teams have the same problems at some point, so no excuses.

Lucas was our midfield orchestrator today. That should never ever happen, we really need to put a good passer next to him. I've warmed to him as a DM but not as the guy who's supposed to be pulling the strings in midfield.
