I'm not a big fan of Johnson myself but hes miles better than PFK and even at his worst hes streets ahead of PFK
I agree he is, of course he is. But I'm just talking about that 1st half. Which was one of the worst performances I've ever seen in a liverpool top.

Hope he's dropped for the next game. That's the last I'm saying on the matter.

FWIW, Johnson got MOTM on LFC TV.

Wingers go past him with ease too. If he's not to play on the wing then I hope he goes in the summer.
Says Drago who obviously knows better than
        Redknapp
        Benitez
        Capello
        Hodgson
        Dalglish

I understand it's your view but you may wish to question why all the above have persisted in using him.

Kenny's is the ultimate system the one the club lived and breathed on during the 70's & 80's. Lots of passing with lots of movement

Rafa's system we passed the ball but we seemed to stay in position & shape whilst doing that

After watching us the last few weeks I'm more inclined to say Rafa WAS defensive and looking to counter more than I thought
I never saw Kenny's system to be like those of Fagan, Paisley and Shanks, I found it to be more attacking a lot of the time.

While Rafa kept the teams shape more, I think it is hard to be considered a defensive counter team when you commonly have 60% of the possession.

Our system evolved from Shanks through Paisley through Fagan slowly becoming more offensive

Fagan for instance at times played Dalglish as an out and out attacking midfielder behind a Rush/Robinson - Rush/Hodgson partnership so thats hardly a defensive system

That said Kenny took that to another level his sides were the most offensive minded I've seen in a LFC shirt

I dont think 60% possession was the norm under Rafa if we managed that we didnt do it often. Maybe we did that season we finished 2nd but other seasons it was nearer 50%

My view of Rafa's system has changed over the last few weeks after watchig Kennys set up. It was far and away more defensive and far more counter attacking than Kenny has been

Kenny's game is very short and high pressing. Rafas is more akin to Sacchi's system and if you follow that system there is always an air of counter attacking to it by how you defend when the opposition is actually bringing the ball at you
