    Man Citeh Build Up.

Meh, not really looking forward to this to be honest, If Tevez and Silva are on form they could rip our makeshift defense to shreds.
The times they are a changin'.

    Agree

    I'm guessing that we'll go something like;

    Reina
    Carragher Skrtel Kyrgiakos Wilson
    Lucas Spearing
    Kuyt Suarez Maxi
    Carroll

A backline of Carragher, Skrtel, Kyrgiakos and Wilson in my opinion will leak goals against City.

I'm hoping Aurelio can play and we can do something that means we don't have to play Spearing who will just get overrun.

          any meireles????

I think we are focked in this one to be perfectly honest.....can we even fill the bench? I reckon Cole and Jovanovic could even get some game-time here.....

I think it depends how City approach it, the defence is a worry, but City have tended to play very negatively in their away games against the bigger sides, if they take such an approach then the defence is less of a worry, if they make the game more open I worry about what might happen. Our record in monday night games is poor as well.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

not looking forward to it either - maybe with our limited options something like

              ---------------------reina-------------------

              ---------carra-------kyriakos-------skrtel

              kuyt------------lucas---------spearing---------maxi

              ------------------------meireles----------------

              ------------------carroll----------suarez

if aurelio is fit he goes into the left wing back role

i suspect tho - a flat back 4 of carragher, kyriakos, skrtel and wilson *shudders*

then kuyt lucas spearing and meireles in midfield *shudders*

and suarez and carroll up top - just pray one of these two does something, we get a goal and can hang on
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

Really can't be arsed with this. Wish the season was over.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I know how you feel. The season seems pointless after the loss against West Brom. It seems everytime we take two steps forward, we then take one back.

                    Looking forward seeing Suarez again.

Hopefully Carroll will score. It would be great for his confidence.

                      And this.

Add in our injuries (Gerrard, Agger and Kelly all out until the end of the season), the only thing that interests me now is how well Suarez and Carroll do.

They'll have a tough time up against one of the best defences in the league.

I was thinking there, imagine if we had Kompany, Silva and Johnson in our team, how much of a difference they would make.

We'll win this one. It'll be a backs to the wall performance but we're good at that.
