Why?

Because he doesn't have the pace and power to drive outside someone when attacking down the right hand side.

To me he just looks a lot more comfortable playing off the left, passing then either supporting from behind or making diagonal runs inside or underlaps, he's done fantastic either way and certainly better than I thought he would but he isn't a 'marauding' full back though is he?

I suppose there are pros and cons for both arguments, but personally I prefer him on the right and would like to see Johnson on the left when he gets back.

He is a natural RB but to me as well he was more productive and had much bigger impact especially offensively on the left.

He's our best fullback on current form so I'd be happy for him to be on either side. Then choose Johnson or Cissokho on their form too.

Not trying to put a downer on our great win today but I just don't think he offers ANYTHING in an attacking sense & I think his place could come under scrutiny. Johnson & Cissokho maybe?

He has done well this season but has started to deteriorate last 3 or 4 games. Not sure whether he's our answer but he has done very well this season as a whole.

he had to be more aware defensively as luke shaw is like a rocket. maybe he didnt want to over commit going forward.
