No, it would go to Stoke.
BTW I live in Twickenham -
But if City finish 5th and win the FA Cup, then the Europa place DOES pass to sixth (Cup qualification takes precedence over League qualification).
If City finish 3rd or 4th, the Cup qualification spot goes to Stoke irrespective of whether they win.
