He didn't look 100% fit when he came on against Spurs which was understandably why he started on the bench. I'm sorry that I expect my football club to do the right things especially when we are nowhere near the best team in the country anymore!
Thanks for the memories Rafa - YNWA!

What? Did you expect the club to somehow magic up some competitive games for a suspended player? He hasnt played for 5 weeks, of course he wasnt going to be 100%! Cant see how thats the clubs fault, training can only do so much for a player.

Match fit is different to physically fit. A cliche, but true nonetheless.

IMO It was a wild /over excited swing from a player desperate to make an impact on the game. Would have been headline stuff Suarez scoring on his first game back after all the stuff that has gone on, i think him storming down the tunnel after the game, was a bit of an insight into how disappointed he was with not taking the chances he had.
If his eyes were on the ball then how on earth could he judge that there was any means to get the ball with his feet. I believe he intended to kick Parker. I love the guy but I think there is a very sinister person inside the guy that walks on to the pitch.

i understand what you're saying and although i didn't think it was intentional is was extremely clumsy/rush of blood and could have been much worse. He does tend to get a little over excited/ overzealous at times and needs to control that aspect of his game a bit IMO.

No big deal tis gone and done with now

I just think he got a little over excited, took a wild swing at the ball.

                            Aye.

I actually thought he looked pretty good given that he hasn't played competitive football for a long time and he only had 20 minutes to make the mark.

Few decent touches, one very good scoring chance and one half-chance is pretty good.

He'll get better. Just needs little bit more time to get fully match fit.

I realize that but he didn't look physically that fit to me either. Didn't look like he'd been training while he was out to me. Anyway don't be surprised if he's on the bench again on Saturday because he's not physically fit to last 90 mins...

His 'tweet' after the game implied as much..
"Special night after I could play again with my teammates. A pitty we couldn't get the 3 points. Now it's time to add minutes little by little!"
