Offer him 200k a week, if that isn't enough offer him 250k a week, he's worth it. Ronaldo and Messi are on more than that and IMO Luis is only just behind those two. We have to keep this guy because replacing him adequately would be almost impossible, look at Spurs they spent 100m on 4/5 players to replace Bale and it isn't working for them.

I think he will wait until the end of the season before making a decision on his future, if we don't qualify for the CL he's gone but if we do qualify and offer him a huge new contract (200k a week or more) then he I believe there's a realistic chance he'll stay here long term.
