He's overdone it so much this season that everything he says can just be dismissed out of hand as petty, hypocritical and utterly lacking in self-awareness. It seemed to me he looked knackered in the past 4/5 games of the season.
Maybe he was carrying an injury or something, but did anyone else think
he looked a little slower/more laboured in his play? Still did well
but seemed to lack that explosive power imo.

Both him and Sturridge have booked looked fatigued in the run in. Without a doubt. As have several others.
